Hezbollah, known for its resistance against Israeli occupation since 2000, remains central to Lebanon’s escalating conflict with Israel. The death of the Hezbollah leader has heightened tensions, with Israeli airstrikes increasing in the aftermath. Four people were killed & numerous others injured in an Israeli airstrike on the town of Tayr Debba in southern Lebanon, as reported by Lebanon’s National News Agency (NNA) on Sunday. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) set ongoing operations targeting Hezbollah positions, focusing on “launchers aimed at Israeli territory, weapons storage sites, & other Hezbollah infrastructure.”
